About Our Company
Appraisal Central is a Florida based company with over 22 years of experience in appraising residential property. Our appraisers are contracted exclusively to our company and are linked to us in the field at all times. We offer heads-up customer service with a full time office staff and review department on duty Monday through Friday 9 – 5 pm. We strive for quick turn-around times, typically setting appointments the same day we receive the order and getting reports back to the lender within two days from the day we inspect.
We also offer a unique service to our clients by having a Review Appraiser in office during business hours to perform quality control reviews on each appraisal. This allows us to provide the highest quality reports possible. If you have any appraisal related questions, our Review Appraiser is always available in our office Monday through Friday 9 – 5pm.
We currently have a diversified coverage are, which includes 2/3 of the state FL and we are aggresively spreading to new counties. Please check out our County Coverage Map regularly for an updated look at our service area!
